The Apartment

 

Our duplex apartment boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and includes all the added extras you need to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable Almeria holiday.

 

The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings. It comprises a lounge with dining table and chairs, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 large double bedroom with king size bed, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bidet and over head shower and 1 downstairs shower room.

 

Living/Dining Room:

The living/dining room is furnished with traditional Spanish style furniture and includes two settees, coffee table, side table and dining table.  The living space also includes a flat screen TV, UK internet TV box, Spanish TDT, DVD player and a selection of DVDs.  Double patio doors lead from the living space to a private patio and garden area with a bistro table and chairs for al fresco dining.

This room has air conditioning/heating for your comfort.

Kitchen:

The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with a full size oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron plus all the crockery and utensils you will need for six people.

Utility:

This room houses the water heater, washing machine, ironing board and is used for storage.

Twin Bedroom:

This twin bedroom is on the ground floor with large fitted wardrobes, a bedside cabinet/lamp and is extremely bright and airy, providing lashings of sunlight through a large window.  There is a roll down shutter on this window for your security and to keep the room cozy at night.

The bedroom has air conditioning/heating for your comfort.

Shower Room:

Fully tiled and includes walk in shower, toilet, sink with lighted mirror plus a hair dryer and storage unit.

Double Bedroom:

The first floor double bedroom with comfortable king size bed is spacious with large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets/lamps and provides access through patio doors to a large sun terrace with table and chairs.  There is also a flat screen TV receiving Spanish TV.  There is a roll down shutter on these patio doors for your security and to keep the room cozy at night.  A travel cot can be accommodated in this room if required.

Twin Bedroom 2:

This twin bedroom is on the first floor with large fitted wardrobes, a bedside cabinet/lamp and provides access through patio doors to a pretty Juliet balcony.  There are attractive shutters on these patio doors for your security and to keep the room cozy at night.

The bedroom has air conditioning/heating for your comfort.

Bathroom:

Fully tiled and includes full size bath with shower over and screen, toilet, sink with with lighted vanity unit plus bidet.
